I’m Caitlyn, founder of Nova Rec2Rec. After spending over a decade in the recruitment industry - starting as a temporary recruiter in the Education sector and then honing my expertise as an Education Rec2Rec for two more years - I decided to create a business I’m truly proud of. A business dedicated to building recruiters’ careers and helping clients achieve their goals.
Having worked in recruitment myself, I understand the pressures, triumphs, and ambitions that drive talented recruiters. I know what it takes to connect the right people with the right opportunities. Over the past 10 years, I’ve supported the growth of recruitment teams primarily within Education - from junior consultants and team leaders to directors.
